The foundations are made from broken rock, the walls are a mix of mud and wattle, while the roof is covered in reed. This house has three floors: a basement, ground floor, and the attic with the traditional layout of rooms: kitchen - room. The kitchen area has the fireplace. There’s a porch on the three sides of the house, which is made of oak and artisanal details. This type of building was most common in Srem in the 18th century.

The house was restored in 2013 and now belongs to the Regional Institute for Protection of Cultural Monuments.
